Sistah hood May Swap card

This month our lovely hostess "Fay" requested Manly Man cards..I thought about going serious but had this Bugaboo image staring at me and I couldn't resist inking him up and making cards.

 

Doesn't he look excited and dressed to impress for a birthday party?? Makes me giggle as somehow I can imagine that happening in my house in a few years...lol.. I used copics to color the image and stickles on the balloons (even a guy has to shine once in awhile). I used crystal effects on the lenses of his glasses and on the face of the clock to give it more of a real effect. The base paper is basic gray from SU and the blue is navy SU cardstock. I used some old designer paper from SU to match his boxers...lol...I then generated a computer sentiment that I had seen elsewhere and added a balloon brad to the inside of the card...

I hope that Fay and the other Sistahs are too disappointed that I chose to do a silly card.
