Mystery Image Swap
Hi all....welcome back and it is good to see you...Here is my card for the mystery image swap. The hostess this round was the lovely, talented Gael. She sent this image to all of us and we were to make 4 cards and send them back to her to swap out... ( I love this little reader and her faithful kitty).
I was trying to capture the essence of our little lady sitting on her white and lavender bed resting on a lacy pillow. It didn't quite turn out how I had it pictured in my head but was as close as I could get. On the background of the card I have embossed the SU tea house background in clear embossing powder on SU concord crush paper to give the effect of wall paper. The bed spread is made with doily's as is her pillow. I have colored our little lady and her kitty with copic markers and used a MS border punch for the bottom of the bedspread and wove white satin ribbon trimmed in silver through the border. I do hope you can kind of get the concept from the explanation...
Thanks for stopping by.
Hugs,
Carol
