Frolicking thru the Forest

Today I am posting the card I made for the card swap my sweet friend Jeanette hosted. I will be mailing them out tomorrow Monday at the latest....but in the meantime, I will post it here. Last night we had a big snow storm....so, I am home from work today as the roads are not good. Here is a picture from my front door...

Last night right after supper while watching TV our electricity went out. I was in the process of making my cards, so we found a flashlight and lit some candles and I kept working on them. I was running the tree for my card through the big shot and then removing the excess that was left when I took the paper from the die. Now I wasn't sure who/what frolicking through the forest should be so I chose a fairy image..My little fairy did so much frolicking that she was plumb tired out.  So, she hid and took a little nap.

I took the picture in the sunlight and it is a bit shaded...I do hope you like it. The wings have a little glitter on them and the tree has rhinestones scattered around...

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Until next time,
Hugs,
Carol
